I was having some trouble redeeming a reward in the Zaxby’s app to get a free sandwich with any purchase over $1. The app instructed me to call my local store, and I begrudgingly obliged. Placed an online order around 4:10pm and waited for almost AN HOUR for my food before I had to say something. "Maddie" who was working in the back may have been the slowest moving person/cook I have ever laid eyes on. When I finally said something, and granted I did lose it- she wanted to point out there were only 2 people in the back. It's fast food, not fine dining! None of the three girls working could be bothered- they were all acting as if they were just completely put out....read full review
Staff wearing masks down around their chins, not covering mouth or nose. Manager Derrick was asked twice by a cashier to help her and he didn't help. Then removed his mask entirely and announced he was going on break, leaving the women at the front with a broken system. Another manager came out to help with no mask. Watched him use a key card, rest the card on his bare mouth, then use it again. They're not taking COVID precautions. Not only not safe, but against local regulations.
