Install the Zaxby app placed an order for the local store. Next day I checked my credit card and I was charged twice. Taking the app off my phone. Now they want me to drive over there again so they can take the one billing off. Wasted

Our food was overpriced versus the quality; the chicken we got tasted really bad. The fries had a lot of black spots in them, and we ended up trashing almost half of 3 orders of them since they were not selling the family size for some reason??Parking: It's hard to get out of the parking area once you are finished with dine-in service here. The food was cold, I did not get a drink with my meal and the funnel cake I ordered ( for the first and last time) at $3.50 was one of the biggest rip offs from any fast food restaurant I have ever been to- worse than the McRib. The service I got was good. They explained that the chicken sandwich I had ordered would take 6 minutes. It did.
