I placed an online order for pickup at the drive through and it was not ready when I arrived so I was advised to park in their waiting spaces. After 15 minutes I went inside and found out the order never came through on their store computer. The store manager tried to be helpful and called someone for assistance, but even with my order number and confirmation, they could not find the order, could not credit my transaction back and could only offer to put the order through again....

Food is good, but when I place an order, the employee rushes me to take it and shows very bad body language, like they're gonna fight me for asking for more sauce. I won't be back to this location.

I think Zaxby's is a little pricey for the food portions that you are served .But the cheese curds are amazing ! The quesadilla are very good as well! Hadn't been to the one in Fletcher in a while was very clean and quiet
