“The young man working all alone tonight was amazing. I didn’t get his name, but dark hair and foreign accent. There were probably 20 people in line when we arrived. He served each of them efficiently and with a smile. When we were up to order, the owner decided to show up and take over. Fine, except that when he did, he started berating the young employee for “getting into this situation”. The only situation was the fact that he was left alone with a large volume of customers. We were really turned off by the owner’s behavior.“

“Shout-out to the young blonde girl that works there. She deserves a raise! I had placed an online order and the app mistakingly said it was ready. I came in and it was already busy. She was the only employee there and even though she hadn't even gotten to start my order yet she was extremely apologetic and composed. The line just kept coming in as she juggled making multiple sandwiches/ salads and baking the rolls. Food industry and customer service are extremely stressful and she just handled the whole situation with grace. Food was great as always!“
