The last three times at Beaufort NC McDonald's they have gotten the orders wrong . Charged for doubles but got singles, didn't realize until we got home. This time, got double fillet, but covered in cheese when specifically asked for No cheese. I normally don't call to complain but this was the third time. Call to complain and the man told me he could only make it right if I brought all the sandwiches back! 🤦 🤦🤦
The drive thru staff messed up our order. They didn’t put on the order a 2 for $6 Quarter pounder. Only a single quarter pounder. It happens. We ask politely. We were willing to pay for what wasn’t put correctly in our order and to get the second burger we needed. They’ve helped fix these things before bc it’s just a simple mistake. No big deal. It’s just a burger.
