The employees are good, the food is good, However the owner is awful. I frequently ate there but no more. The owner refused to accept a coupon I presented for a buy a footllong get one. His reasoning was that he would take any other coupon except that one. No other explanation was given. Every delivery is a mystery what sandwich will I get versus what did I order will my salad have all of the items or Random replacement When will it arrive will it be an hour , hour and a half an hour and 45 minutes?
