My steak and cheese sub was ice cold. They didn't even cook the steak or toast it. It was so disgusting i feed it to the seagulls on front street.

Ordered # 11 which comes with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo and Provolone cheese. Asked them to add green pepper and black olives. When I got home all it had on it was meat, cheese , black olives and green peppers. No Lettuce, tomato and onions. Staff need to know their menu and what comes on which number.

All these workers standing around while 1 girl is making 7 subs alone with customers lining up a couple even left! Not to mention they are not checking the apps to see the screen to make sure they are handing orders to the right people especially when they refused to refix an order after giving it to someone random, these employees are bringing this place down

The employees are good, the food is good, However the owner is awful. I frequently ate there but no more. The owner refused to accept a coupon I presented for a buy a footllong get one. His reasoning was that he would take any other coupon except that one. No other explanation was given. I purchased my sub ( after letting him know that I complied with the coupons requirements) but he was incorrect by not accepting it since it was just issued in our local flyer.I will not return to his Subway and I believe he needs to be spoken to about this incident.
