Famous Brick Oven Pizzeria

I was very disappointed in the Brick Oven September 6th, 2025. My family and I drove up for the weekend from Florida to visit Beech Mountain and spent time with John and Karen Grieger. We love Brick Oven’s wings! They are a hit. Unfortunately we got there at 7:45pm on Saturday night and the female employee at the cash register told us they wouldn’t serve anything other than pizzas and calzones since they were closing at 8pm tonight. We went on Google before coming down and it advised it closed at 9pm. We looked at the new schedule at the entrance and it stated 11am till 9pm for Saturday. We were really upset since part of our large party didn’t care for pizza. I really hate to leave Brick Oven a bad review since it’s one of our favorites; however I feel the owner deserves to know what the employees are doing.

What a gem! Pizza, dessert, bar, outdoor & indoor activities, plus smiling faces at every visit! Truly don’t know how you all do it! This establishment should teach Hospitality 101, they go beyond making everyone happy! Thanks for making your place for everyone to enjoy!

Great pizza especially the crust, we only had a party of two and the large pizza was more than enough for us. Also the beer selection is top notch, every drink was $6.50 and we had fun selecting the which beer we wanted.

The best Food (not just the best Pizza) the best atmosphere. It always feels like we’re on a dream vacation when we go there. The best Drinks and Desert. The ambiance and music will just make you feel so happy!!

Although I didn't have the most favorable experience, Famous Brick made it right and went above and beyond. I will definitely go back and recommend them due to their fantastic customer service. And normally, the pizza is great - I just got a bad egg. Support this business.

At the food Truck at Beech Mountain Ski resort. Waited 20 minutes in line and this is what we get for $16 each. Need full toppings and not burnt for Margherita please. Yall are slinging pizzas like crazy, you're super fast. But that burnt one is a no go for customer service and the one with barely any toppings is weak.

We had an amazing experience bringing the entire family out for lunch! Not only was the pizza delicious and cooked perfectly, the customer service was top notch!! We haven’t had customer service this good in a very long time. Besmar was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

1st time trying, As in previous reviews it's a bit pricey $43 for 1 pizza and 3 drinks. It was however very tasty. You're also on top of a mountain so you can expect supply and demand. The atmosphere is pretty cool. Staff was friendly. Kids enjoyed the arcade.

Food was good but overpriced. They can charge $19.99 for a cheese pizza as along as people continue to buy them. Mini golf is $11 a person however when the course is bad shape it’s hard to play and really have a good time. Walk the course before you play.

Pizza is tasty but pricey for the size. Grab a cold beer and enjoy some outdoor music is the best way to experience!
