I got the Whiskey Burger...it didn't take long to come out however when it got to the table it was no longer hot...just barely warm. The fries were cold and soggy as if they were pre-made and sat there for 30+ minutes! (Yes that old). The wings were underdone and mushy and our "side of carrots and celery" came with 2 of each!!! My boyfriend got the same Burger I did and his fries were slightly better. The bun which I assume was supposed to be nicely toasted came out burnt. We spent a total of around $75 for 2 cold burgers with burnt bread, cold soggy fries, and 8 mushy wings. .DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE!

Place needs some work. Looks like they took half the menu away so be prepared for a burger or pizza. It was greasy. Atmosphere is dated but has potential. Tea was gross. Music was great. But you basically order that the counter and grab a number and find a table.

Food would have been amazing but the bacon on one of our sandwiches wasn't cooked. Music wasn't family friendly and all over the place genre wise, which we didn't mind, but two songs were plainly about having sex which is embarrassing when you're with family and it's early in the afternoon.

Are they really open? I’ve been there several times and it’s always closed.

Place was nice. Food was good. Service was good. But they had no inventory. We tried to have a beer and almost all the tap lines were empty. Was very strange

We just wanted a bite to eat and this place looked super nice from the outside, weren’t expecting to walk up and have to order that way. Prices are very expensive for frozen fries and a very messy burger. Didn’t have anything on tap. Can’t even have real silverware or plates for a 19 dollar burger! Probably wouldn’t recommend this place it’s a big tourist trap even for locals.

By the time they brought my girlfriend and I our food, everyone else at our table had already finished eating. Then my order was prepared incorrectly and hers was in pieces having completely fallen apart. The problem was that at the point we had noticed this, everyone else we were with had finished eating so long ago that it was clear that we would be making everyone else’s experience worse by making them wait for our food to be cooked again. This was not worth a $20 burger. For a place with such a limited menu, prices should be far lower.

Worth checking out for sure! Really good burger and nice outside seating. They had a musician playing acoustic guitar and singing which was really good! Beech Mtn is beautiful!

Just had one of the best burgers here! Love the barbecue sauce burger, and while it was totally messy, it was worth every napkin I had to use!

Kid-friendliness: Large open atmosphere, with an outdoor area, for when the weather is agreeable as the tables outside or nice.

Drove by, showed to be open. Not many cars there. Wanted to order wings to go. Tried for 3 hours to get them in the phone. Decided to drive up at 8pm. Even though they are open late, someone was pulling a barrier over the entrance…. On a Saturday no less!! Post the correct hours on your google listing or have a message on your machine about opening hours or better yet… ANSWER A PHONE!! How hard is that?? They are obviously not interested in keeping this place open in the long term. Next time we are up, we will definitely drive right on by. Famous Brick Oven a few curves up was definitely a much better choice especially after reading these other reviews
