We saw the BBG pit smoking n the side of the road coming into town. We decided to give it a try. Walked in and placed my ur order at the counter. Went to the outdoor seating and had some beers f the best BBG we've ever had. Amazed no food and even better views of the NC Blue e Ridge Mountains! We'll be back!

Late review, but the BBQ was delicious, and the staff were friendly and passionate about their craft.

I absolutely love eating here!!! They have the best BBQ in the state!!! Their customer service is so kind and warm. They also sell lots of cool things in the store as well. Definitely a must stop while in Beech mountain!

Great choice of appetizers, hamburgers, and variety of BBQ. I had pulled pork sandwich with Carolina sauce, Mac n cheese, and baked beans. All were excellent! Served with piece of chocolate fudge. This is a must stop if in the Banner Elk or Beech Mountain area. Be sure to check out the views from back porch!

We were on vacation and seen the ratng so decide to check this place out. It was nothing but dissappointing!!! Food was very poor quality. The tortilla chips in our nachos served in a paper bowl was stale and the nachos were maybe a 2 cup portion. My kids wanted ice cream and every kind i asked for they were out of. To describe the service in one word was RUDE! We stood at the counter 10 mins before anyone even spoke to us. They walked by us taking out trash and the girl even came to the register but didn't speak and walked off. We will not be back for anything at this restaurant and rental.
