I will start off by saying I am HARD to impress! I eat a variety of foods, BUT my dad is a high end cook and my husband was trained by him..... I stumbled upon this place visiting my parents.. 35 mins away from my house! I MAKE the trip just to get these bowls! The fruit is chopped small, FRESH and the combinations are endless with toppings! if you're looking for a healthy, delicious and affordable snack/meal, this is the real deal and definitely a must-try!i got the basic brazil bowl and it was absolutely delicious, blended and made fresh in front of you. top quality acai. the owner, matt, is so pleasant to talk to. it is inspiring to see his passion for good food, its all uphill from here.

Found Rico’s through a Google search as we left Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens (DSBG) — we were looking for a quick and easy snack, that was not fast food. This truck is behind the “everyday market” in downtown Belmont, about 12 minutes from DSBG. The bowls were fresh made and the fruit for the rainbow bowl was delicious and plentiful.
