Bojangles receives mixed feedback from customers. Many praise the friendly and helpful staff, noting excellent customer service and a welcoming culture. The food quality, however, varies. Some describe the chicken as fresh, hot, and the biscuits baked to perfection with a brown and crunchy exterior and soft warm interior. Others report problems including a burned chicken sandwich bun, luke warm chicken, cold fries with almost no seasoning, a biscuit raw in the middle, and dried out 2 piece white chicken. One customer was overcharged for tea and given unsweetened tea instead of sweet. Wait times and order accuracy are also concerns, with one customer finding food sitting on the counter without being told. Despite these issues, some would definitely choose this place again, praising the yummy breakfast and quick service.
