Had an absolutely amazing meatball sub and outstanding salad this weekend from here even in one of the busiest weekends of the year in Black Mountain!! 100% recommended
What an awesome food experience. I had the Lasagna special and the Missus had the Crack Mac, and while this is a Food Truck/Trailer, both meals rivaled most any pasta I’ve ever had in a brick-n-mortar restaurant. Don’t walk, run to eat here. So good.
Delicious and comforting pasta. I had the Crack Mac, it was cheesy goodness, for sure! Great textures with the pasta and fresh peas. I also got to taste the rotating Lasagna special, which was Four Cheese. Seriously delicious! Great red sauce.

Che Fai Black Mountain is a food trailer in the heart of Black Mountain downtown. The food is delicious, with many options. The Butternut Squash and Caramelized Onion Lasagna with Goat Cheese is delicious and soothingly hot. The shrimp penne is amazing, and the Bolognese is flavorful. The chicken parmigiana sandwich is great, and the meatball sub and salad are outstanding. The fried zucchini is light and crispy with a delicious marinara. The seasonal risotto is absolutely to die for, and the meatball Mondays are flavorful. There are gluten free options, including phenomenal shrimp in a gluten-free rice orzo. The cashiers are so nice and help with any questions. The atmosphere depends on the weather, with picnic tables with umbrellas available. It is great value for the cost, as good or better than any restaurant. It is 100% recommended.
