We go visit Black Mountain many times a year and I'm not sure why it took me so long to find this little gem of a bakery. I love the mountain bread--a little sweet with hearty whole grain. I always buy two loaves to take back to CLT!

We found this place randomly on the way to the airport and it was absolutely amazing! We got a blueberry muffin, a spinach danish and a bagel sandwich and the food was 10/10. The service and vibe were great. If you are ever in the area you should definitely stop here!!

So i went to check this place out a few weeks back. The property is gorgeous. Its nestled in the trees on a beautiful green lawn and in a lovely neighborhood in black mountain. I was greeted and took my time looking over all the baked goods. I asked about different quiche and the girl behind the counter was knowledgeable and offered a few options so I went with the kale and ham I believe? And a sticky bun. I ordered a latte and initially wanted the cinnamon syrup that was listed on the board but she let me know they were out. Which was a bummer. I wanted to sit outside and asked how I would know when my order was ready and she told me to check back in a few minutes.
So a few minutes later I go back in and I have 3 plates to carry myself a coffee and bun and a VERY hot quiche plate. Not only did a patron and the cashier watch me struggle but it was the other customer that offered to get the door for me and not the cashier. At the very least she could have brought my coffee out? I thought that was pretty subpar service.
The coffee was lukewarm, but tasted good, the quiche was soggy and tasted ok. The sticky bun was dry but the topping was delicious. It cost me $17 and to be honest I wouldn't go back again.

Love this bakery but often notice they sell day old cookies which bums everyone out. Not nearly as delicious as their fresh.

The bakery can get busy but it is soooo worth it! I haven’t tried anything that wasn’t delicious! If you stop by when the bakery is closed, be sure to bring four quarters and check the claw machine for goodies that were left from that day. Really fun for kids and adults too!

We LOVE this place. Great coffee and pastries - we go about once a week. I've never seen a place that was so friendly - we see people (old and new) and everyone seems to have a smile on there face, and will always say hi. You can strike up a conversation with just about anyone - or you can just enjoy a quiet cup outside on their tables and chairs. All the folks that work there are so gracious, but our favorite one is June.

Have bought various goodies from them at the Waynesvile historic farmers market. The blueberry and raspberry danishes are our favorite!!!

This was a fun place with amazing bakery goods. We had lots of fun playing the machine outside. See pictures. They have a shaded area outside to enjoy your purchases.

4 Sisters is my favorite bakery in Western North Carolina. Sourdough loaf and Ciabatta…yum. Croissants, muffins and sticky buns. It’s my first stop every time I’m in town.

Came here with a group of girls after a bachelorette weekend and the staff was extremely kind and welcoming to all of us, even bringing us some complimentary cookies for the bride. Food was delicious and outside seating was so nice and peaceful.
