This is one of the best restaurants in Black Mountain. All breads and pastries are made in house and they sure do know how to make a delicious eggs Benedict. They also serve a wonderful lunch. I crave their turkey sandwich on homemade sourdough. I believe the sandwich is called the Firebird. It is absolutely delicious with jalapeños. ? The service is always friendly and fast. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a brunch spot.

We loved our breakfast at Open Oven! I’ve never see a brighter friendliest hostess in my life. Angela is literally the warmest person on earth. She greets everyone like an old friend, and it made such an impact on the experience. Whatever she gets paid, she deserves a raise!Food wise, the chicken and waffles Benedict was delicious! My breakfast melt was the best breakfast sandwich I’ve had in a long time. I loved that they offered their hot sauces too. We will be back!
