Taco Billy Black Mountain

Very disappointing. We got there about 12:00 noon and they didn't have any ground beef ready for their menu items. They knew that I was interested in that so I said I would wait. After about 20 minutes. I went back and they told me it'd be another 30 minutes before it was ready. That is not good. My friend ordered some queso and guacamole with chips and they do not give you any kind of salsa to go with it. They did give me a 1 oz container of green salsa and said that I had to purchase an 8 oz container of red salsa. I did not get to have lunch. It's extremely noisy in there and I have no intentions of returning.

My black Mtn go to lunch. The staff is friendly and helpful. The tacos are delicious, I’ve tried most of them. Also they have the best cheese dip!!

Food so fresh and so tasty! We were particularly impressed by the migas breakfast taco, the santi, and the little sister. 🤤 $2 tecates are a huge bonus. As is the *very* kid-friendly atmosphere. When are y’all gonna open a franchise in Durham!?

I love that you can add vegan sausage to their tacos! I got 2 amazing vegan tacos that were perfectly spiced and wrapped in a crispy plantain tortilla. Chefs kiss.

The tacos were full of flavor, very tasty and made super fresh. It was weekend and altgough the place e was pretty full, everything arrived quickly. The place was clean and employes charming and welcoming. The owner/manager even passed by our table to ask how was everything: for a quick bite place, I found this terrific especially since I really enjoyed my food!

Ordered a beer but had my dog with me. No beer on the patio. No dogs inside, so it’s either the beer or the dog. The server told me to leave my beer on a table inside and just come inside to drink it every now and then. That’s a real noodle scratcher. I opted for the patio so my dog wouldn’t die sitting in my car while I drink my beer. They refunded me for the beer, but nobody was super kind or helpful and they seem to not care about my dog OR my desire to drink a beer.

The plantain tortillas are incredible!

Hands-down our favorite tacos in Western North Carolina! The food is always fresh and flavorful and there's something for everybody on the menu.
