I read some of the reviews that rated Timberlake as pretty darn bad. I should have taken these to heart. We had eaten here several times in the past and had good service, good meals and we liked the ambiance. It was my husband's birthday so we went there to celebrate. What a mistake! It was so bad. We've been to Chetola dozens of times and have eaten at Timberlake's restaurant many times before this. In the view of everyone in our party, the level of service has declined and the food was "average" at best. While we waited for our table, we decided to enjoy a drink in the lounge. When we ordered, the bartender told us that they were out of Sauvignon Blanc. When one in our party asked for a Riesling wine, she was told "we're out of that also". We had a reservation at 6:30. We arrived at 6:00. Sat in the lobby for a while then the maitre d said we could be seated early. The restaurant was only 50% occupancy but we were seated in a conference room table. In a room by ourselves. We were appropriately dressed. On top of that my steak was seriously overcooked. When we complained, they said that every table had a 1.5 hr hold. What about our original table. We will never go back
