went to bowl at 9:30 with friends and doors were locked, lights were off, and no way in however, the website, google and other sources all said they are open and will be open until 11pm

Showed up at 9pm with friends to have some fun because their website and everything says they close at 11pm. Doors were locked, no lights, nobody answered phone. Had no fun, very sad 😞💔

We came around 8pm to play 4 games and left after two donating our last two games to someone else. Unless you have your own personal bowling balls do not count on finding one here unless it's 14lbs plus. People had 12 to 15 balls for two people. I will definitely be going to Johnson City instead of Boone to bowl. During this time 4 lanes were down so it wasn't even full. Hopefully the last two were given to someone for free considering I paid over $50 and left after tip. Waste of money.

I couldn't reply to the response so I'm adding it here. I live between JC and Boone so either direction is about the same. Yes I did tell the person at the counter that I nor my husband could find a ball that actually worked for us. I'm not sure what exactly you'd have someone do. I can tell your staff but I can't make them assist me. There's a comment from a month ago that states there's a small selection of balls. There's not a small selection it's that people have them in excess. Literally NOTHING less than 10 was available. Nothing. And they didn't fit.

Good pricing and lanes. Small selection of balls. Standard bowling food. The bumpers are manual, and the ball ramp for kids that we had at first was broken. The ski lift chairs for seating was an interesting touch.

Edit: By small selection of balls, I meant quantity. The lightest ball I found was a 7 and the heaviest was a 15, and there was only one of those available. It was a pretty busy evening so perhaps they had more of each quantity available that were in use and not on the ball racks.

They turned us away at 10:40PM from bowling. They closed at midnight. Very unprofessional.

There was a really neat vibe here. Cool, clean, well maintained, and well decorated. We had a great time bowling with friends here.

A little on the expensive side for bowling. $15 per person for an hour .

Fun place, good fries. It wasn’t as overpoweringly loud and flashy as some other bowling alleys I’ve been to, would recommend.

Great place for fun!

We played a game with five people, but the bowling balls got stuck multiple times, disrupting the game. Unfortunately, the place was poorly maintained—dirty, cramped, with an unpleasant smell, outdated equipment, and a dishonest host. Not recommended.
