Best Indian food I've had by far! The samosas are absolutely delicious as is the aloo matar. Naan was just okay. I did get takeout though so that definitely made the Naan a little soggy and cold.
Picked up takeout here during the lunchtime period but ordered dinners and took them back to our cabin in Eagle Nest - 2 hr round trip... but well worth it! An absolute joy to find this high quality Indian food in such a remote location. Chicken Tikka massala my wife loved and she is fussy, Lamb Rogan for me was superb as were the Chicken Tikka, onion bhaji, pakora, breads etc... will defo be back next year when we visit the area again. Mint is the best restaurant in the Boone/Blowing Rock area! The food is fantastic, most ingredients from India. Cucumber salad and hot cauliflower appetizer, the saag options are all amazing. The service is attentive, friendly and professional. Aman is the best. He remembers us and makes us feel special plus he makes the most delicious drink - Mango Mojito. Atmosphere is nice, and to top it all off it’s a great value.
