(This review is for the owner of high country lanes) We was at your bowling alley today which is Saturday March 30th. We came in everything was fine the guys working the register for friendly and was able to help us decently quick we got our shoes we went to our table had a hard Time finding hard table they are not labeled as far as I can see at all but anyways we started to bowl we was on probably our second or third Bowl and it was my fiance's turn we are not professional bowlers were not even halfway train bowlers we were doing this to have fun and try to enjoy our weekend we live down the mountain so we don't get to come up here often anyways though as I was saying it was my fiance's turn to roll the ball the ball got stuck on her fingers she accidentally threw the ball over into the other lane now we talked it up it was like oops no harm done because we had no idea no one was even over in the other lane because there is literally no safety precautions to prevent something like this from happening which I'm pretty sure is a problem anyways your employee / manager I believe stuck her head up and started hollering very hateful at me and my fiance my fiancee apologize she kept being disrespectful I don't know what she was saying she was all the way down there and we was all the way at our table but we could hear her and then she had somebody come over to our table shortly after and tell us that they were going to move us I said no I would just like a refund the lady that was trying to move us was nice she said yes go to the front desk so we did we waited a minute or two finally some extra people walk behind the counter I stopped them and as for my refund and I started to tell them what had happened your employee / manager I believe up to the counter aggressively interrupting mine and other employees conversation saying that she absolutely would not be giving me a refund back and that we needed leave the property immediately I refuse to leave the property without my refund she said all right we will call the police then and tell them how you threw a bowling ball at me and hit me she got on the phone with the police falsely accusing us of purposely hitting her with a bowling ball so the police arrive me and my fiance step outside patiently wait while your employee follows us out the door standing there the entire time making smart marks anyways whenever they arrived one officer comes and speaks with us the other walks inside to watch the video and speaks with her the shortness of day finished watching the video came back out and told us that it clearly looked like an accident from the camera as well but that they cannot order a refund and that she was refusing for to refund us now I'm no expert but I have managed a few places of my own and I know very good and well her responses and her actions were not of a responsible manager we are very calm people but the way that she handled the situation was enough to infuriate even the nicest person I am not asking for a response from this person either and I will not reply back to a response from this person I am posting this review in hopes of Making contact With a supervisor or the owner Somebody That can make right the wrong that was done to me and my fiance at your business

Said we had a 30 min wait and then said you had 10 min to be there after they texted. Went down the road and they texted not even 10 min later so we went straight back waited in line for at least 20 min and the lady up front said we haven’t been there??? Whoever the lady was needs out of there for the way she talked

Worst bowling atmosphere I’ve ever experienced. Some unhinged person paid $10 and loaded the music with highly offensive music for 2 hours. The music was clearly intended to be absolutely atrocious by any standard. The staff were powerless to correct the situation.

I recently bowled 3 games at High Country Lanes and had a wonderful experience. This is a vintage bowling alley with high tech scoring systems and great video visuals. The staff is super friendly. It’s clean, even the rental bowling shoes are great and the house balls are well organized. We had the pretzel bites and they were awesome. Free refills on the sodas. Full bar available. Check out High Country Lanes for some good times and fun exercise.
