It’s pretty much a 50/50 anytime I go here if they’re going to mess up my order, or just not have the items I ordered which are just super normal things. Please don’t go here go somewhere else, spend the extra 5 minutes and drive to the other bojangles.

LITERALLY SUCKS!!! i cannot leave the store without checking the box because these people CANNOT. DO. THEIR. JOBS. something is missing every single time. legit charging me $25 for stuff that i didnt even receive!!

Mike , I am glad you had a good experience . I walked into the store to ordered as I was driving a large fire truck and couldn’t go through drive thru. Another gentleman and I stood there for about 4-5 mins and watched as ordered after order went through drive thru window. I asked if they could take my order and was told we will get to you as soon as we can. The expo standing over two bags just waiting on the manager to make the orders. She had plenty of time to walk 15 feet and take our order. This is not the first negative experience. We should all be equal drive thru and dine in.

Couldn’t order a family meal through the drive-thru, was told I had to order it online. First Bojangles I’ve ever been to with this policy, and don’t really understand the difference when I’m going to have to wait for 30 minutes either way. Then was told I had to come INSIDE to pick up my order, nobody greeted me for five minutes, and I heard someone say “we aren’t supposed to give out curbside orders in the drive-thru” so other customers were getting their food before I’d even been greeted. Store was clean but lobby was a ghost town as far as customer service is concerned. Both restaurants in this town should be ashamed to call themselves Bojangles.
