My first time visiting, we don't have Bojangles in NE Ohio. Very tasty biscuits! Much better then McDisapoint
All of the above...awesome chicken and the biscuit delicious.
Got there at 5:15 which is prime dinner time and the food was at least 2 hours old. Supremes hard, biscuit hard and way too brown, and fries were stale and hard. Even the tea was barely sweet how do you even mess that up. What does this Bojangles even do, all you gotta do is fry stuff and keep times it cannot be this hard. Legit horrible.

Bojangles is a clean and efficient restaurant with friendly staff. The team is consistently doing a great job, excelling at great customer service with a smile and speed. The food is consistently good, meeting the high Bojangles standard, though they can be out of a lot of things. The dining room can be busy and there can be a long wait during peak hours.
