Took me 25 minutes to get there. To pickup pizza. I was told it would be ready 15-20min. Unfortunately for me upon arrival and waiting 10 minutes for someone to come up front to help me. I was told I’m sorry mam but wee just got really big order right after yours. It’s gone to be a little while. He tells me it’ll be another 25-30 min. I preordered over the phone so wouldn’t have to wait. I waited little over an hour not including drive there. There was no apologies here...read full review

I love their pizza, the customer service is good. Recently, every time I order from Papa John's in Boone North Carolina it seems like they just throw something together and put it in a box.

The pizza I got? Was one with meat, and the other was a Hawaiian pizza. I love the seasoning, and the one I got was a thin crust, and they were excellent! Wide variety of types and their own blend of seasoning and parmesan cheese if you like to add it. Timing was perfect, to the minute! Great place, and prices. Perfect location also.
