lady at the drive through window, red hair and heavy set, was so incredibly rude, didn’t speak a single word to us and we even offered her to keep the change, still no response and gave it back to us. she ruined my day. i hate her. burger king is fye tho

Nastiest, dirtiest, most unhealthy place in Boone! Seriously??? All booths filthy. Drink area filthy! Floor filthy! Didn't venture into restroom and I'm a Combat Veteran! Need to fire the management! Changed our dine in to a to go. Like eating in a garbage can. Plus...what??? 15 minutes for a Whopper at BK??? And the parking lot was not cleaned of snow so you couldn't see the parking spots. Just had to wing it. Last visit. Id just leave but already paid for our food!

This Burger King was awesome!!!! First of all great service from all the staff there and it’s so refreshing to get good customer service through a drive thru so shout out to Baby Leah. Secondly, the food here was hot and the coke was perfect. I love Burger King for a treat every so often but most of the ones in NC aren’t very good and hardly reach a 3.9 stars on google reviews. This Burlington Burger King blew me away today. I’ll be back.

I want to thank the amazing team at this Burger King! While traveling, I accidentally placed a mobile order at the wrong location through the app. When I explained the situation, the manager and staff were super kind and understanding — the manager even approved my order to be fulfilled right there. Their professionalism and helpful attitude truly made my day. Great people and great service!

47 minutes in the drive-through is too long to wait for anything! I was 8th in line and there are nine cars behind me. This would be a specially harrowing to bring children. And the order was wrong so I had to turn around and. go inside anyway. Better planning and scheduling of employees should be done.

The cleanliness of the restaurant has me not wanting to return! The amount of homeless people that are allowed to just hang out there and leave their trash behind is outrageous! Don't get me started on the restrooms or the highchairs! The food is good and I rarely have an issue with that part of BK and the rare chance I do,it's always taken care of, but the lack of the cleanliness and sanitization is very disappointing!
