Los Arcoiris is located in a strip mall area behind Burger King. Don’t let the location and outside appearance stop you from eating at this restaurant. This restaurant was recommended by the manager on duty at Towneplace Suite Marriott in Boone Nc. The staff is very friendly. I had the Pina Tropical during my visit to this restaurant location in Boone Nc. Parking appears to be limited during the peek hours, but there is plenty of seating available inside. We had the Birria Tacos that were amazing. It was extremely busy so there was a bit of a wait but the staff is hardworking and kind.
