Madison was such an amazing waitress! We came in for a meeting, and she was top notch, not only with our seating but all around us! A pleasant personality and exceptional service by all from the greeting to the delivery. The food came out perfect. Shout out who cooked my steak that night. 12/01/25 at 5:00 pm. Excellent job!
Slow service. Food was cold. First order took 20 minutes , total of 40 minutes for burger and fries to recook. Tipped 20% anyway. Poor environment. No comps. Rude manager, looks spun out. Avoid the location. Not worth time or money. Experience was exactly why I don’t eat at chilis.
my boyfriend's hamburger was so greasy 🤢 and my steak was pink she took it back come back still pick I ask her to take it back once more then it was ok but I will not be back
