Search rude customer service every time I have gone there and as a Dasher I don't feel like I should have to tell a employee there that the bag has to be sealed done I order today and the bag was unsealed and when I told the lady about it she was very rude and shrugged me off when I asked if this was supposed to be sealed she said nothing then I got a notification from doordash saying the bag needed to be sealed it must be an issue here at this location so I told her hey could you please put a sale on this bag and sell it for me the customers will complain and she didn't even say a word very rudely took it out of my hand and put it on and didn't even say a word to me I really hope this is not how employees treat their customers as every time I went there I've been treated very rudely this group of workers here need to be trained or they need to be learned customer service I know the restaurant business and job can be very stressful so I always try to take that into account but their behavior is unacceptable and that many other restaurants they would be fired it would not be tolerated by many restaurant owners!

Worst chipotle ever, portions are always small, and they are always out of something. Like how is a chipotle out of every single chicken option? Food quality is also never consistent, it’s either bland or absolutely coated in spices. UPDATE: Went in today again for LUNCH (12:30) and was told no chicken, also seemed that the workers were in a bad mood. Lots of frustrated customers due to the standards never changing at this location and no food prepared at the busiest time of day. Very disappointed once again.

This is the first review I have ever written, and I write it because nothing has changed in the three years I’ve been going to this Chipotle. This Chipotle is often out of ingredients. The last time I went here they were out of cheese, grilled veggies, pico and corn. At times, they only serve online orders, so they don’t let you order in person. It is often a mess behind the glass, food all over the counter. I would really appreciate it if y’all stepped up. You are our only Chipotle in Boone!

The portions here are so small. I wish there was some consistency in service. I recommend the Halal Food truck up the street- Big flavorful portions for a comparable price

Seems like every time this location struggles. Tonight they did not have lettuce, cheese, sour cream, or corn salsa. Asked for queso since my bowl was looking pretty bare and plain. I was charged for a full bowl and queso.
