Worst chipotle in existence. They are constantly out of chicken and cheese for some reason which is the entire reason most people go to chipotle. Don’t even get me started on the pathetic portions of food they give you. (The few times they actually have the food you want that is.) place sucks. Go anywhere else.

We stopped coming here as much as our family loves Chipotle this location always has the hardest undercooked rice it ruins the whole meal will now be trying to recreate at home what a shame 😕

All the tables and counters were covered in previous diners' food...no it was not busy! There was plenty of staff wandering around.I asked for a clean table .....it took 5 mins for the girl who was cashing out, to wipe the table. After telling me to go sit at one of the dirty ones, I told her it had food on it too! She finally came out and cleaned off a two-person table and left the tables next to it covered in food and every other one nearby. She was rude about it. I will never eat here again as I do expect to eat at a clean table or counter. There are so many good restaurants to eat at in Boone. Why bother to come back to a place that is unclean? Nothing about their food was fantastic!

We did mobile ordering and I went inside to wait for the food. This restaurant was absolutely filthy. Every single eating area was covered in cheese, corn and lettuce as was the floorm. I wish I had taken a picture. If we had gone in to eat we definitely would have turned and left. My bowl was 1/2 full and lacking the vegetables I ordered. The white rice was somewhat under cooked (crunchy) I just can't understand a national chain restaurant in such need of an overhaul.

I was getting a burrito and was told that there is no longer white rice for the night so i just got the brown rice instead. Right after he filled it with brown rice they re stocked white rice.. At first I didn’t really care up until later on when i ate the burrito and it tasted so bad because first of all the brown rice was hard and crunchy and second of all they put so much liquid in it from the beans that my burrito was legit falling apart from how wet the tortilla was getting. Also the workers are kinda rude in there they act like you’re forcing them to work. Oh and last thing they never load up the burritos because for some odd reason they feel the need to ration the food.
