You poor college kids! I forgot just how BAD Chipotle is & rec'd a good reminder this evening after having a bowl for dinner. That food is bland at very best! Boone NC is missing a CAVA as it would be an absolute GOLD MINE if one were to open. This was my very last time ever going to Chipotle & I'd rather of had Burger King over this nasty tasting food!

I usually love Chipotle. This store has changed that. The past few times I have been, something is always messed up. Whether it’s forgetting the chicken, giving me a tortilla that is so stale it crunches like a tortilla chip, or adding SO MUCH sour cream that it is literally inedible. I have tried to complain on the app and I’m just tired of not getting readings for AWFUL food. I am not the only person experiencing this. So many of my friends have had similar experiences.

Management here should be replaced. The food quality is not consistent. Absolutely disgusting presentation.
This is the second time I have stopped in here to get a fajita bowl and I’ve been told that I am not allowed to have any fajita veggies unless you pre-order online. The manager offers no remediation and is very condescending and argumentative. She clearly thrives off escalating the situation instead of de-escalating. Her excuse was they are understaffed. Everybody is understaffed that is no excuse to treat in-house customers differently than pre-order. I am a paying customer too!! Absolutely ridiculous! Do not waste your time with chipotle. A better option is Clean Eatz! And the staff over there are much friendlier!

On Saturday Sept. 7th. My son and I stopped in for a late lunch. I ordered a bowl and the serving size was hideous. I barely had any rice, steak or beans, but when I asked for guacamole NOT extra the young girl added so much it turned my bowl into a soupy dish. I threw my food away. I left there just as hungry as I came in. Overall my experience wasn’t great and I will never go back.

Food was good, but when I asked for extra they told me no, the reason being they were saving it for online customers even tho the bin of food was full. I don’t mind paying for extra servings at all, but to be refused a service is not acceptable for an establishment.
