I walked in and ordered take out and they said 10 - 15 mins for fried pickles and peach cobbler. I waited over 45 minutes for my food while standing in the gift shop I didn’t leave and when I sat on the floor due to standing for 45 minutes they finally went to check on my food. and when I received the food I got in the car very hungry I went to eat and my food was cold, there was no one in the dinner room or anything just me wanting my food. I work in the food industry and I am appalled at how long it took, 18 dollars later and extremely disappointed. I will never eat here again worst customer service and worst food it was cold and bland. Don’t eat here.

Cracker barrel is one of our favorite restaurants. The food arrived to the table quickly and our waitress was attentive. The shop was clean and organized and cashiers quickly and efficiently checked customers out so we weren’t standing long.
