Several choices of comfort food. I did not see anything healthy on the menu. Service is moderate to poor, with feigned friendliness. Tables and bathrooms were clean. Food presented well. Many things on sale in the gift shop. The giant fireplace was my favorite aspect of the restaurant.
We were a party of 8 going in for Thanksgiving lunch. We knew it would be busy. We waited little over 2 hours. The food came out fairly quickly for as busy as they were AND was amazing too. The service was awesomely amazing and friendly.
The Cracker Barrel in Boone, NC is where we ate this weekend. Our waitress was wonderful. The food was hot, and most delicious. We got the new campfire meals. The beef campfire meals were so good!!! Our three-year old grand and great grandson enjoyed all the vegetables. Our waitress made sure he was happy with his food too. We will be back soon.
