This is probably my favorite Restaurant.

It is expensive if you are on a budget.

Great value for the expensive price.

Had a line out the building at opening time - worth the wait thats why 4 star service.
Has.a smaller set menu from which you choose sides and meats.
They bring you as much as you can eat.

The small menu really shows they've perfected what they make.

I did not have anything that tasted bad or was not delicious.

Definitely recommend this for a special date night. A special moment. Or even a break away from the normal restaurants you go to.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!! IGNORANCE!March 15 this morning, got seated in about 15 minutes, then after being seated forgotten for 27 minutes! And none of the other staff ever asked us why we have not been served not even a drink!!After watching 7 tables served, the wife and I got up and asked the tall bearded fellow that seated us what was the deal?, he just laughed it off and then said something smart ass(unsure of exactly what he said) but I told him we were done waiting and we walked out!

I have eaten here many times over the last 10 years and loved the food, but this visit was disappointing. The food was not as good, the soup was barely warm, ham biscuits hard, the fried chicken not fresh. Our family was not impressed.

Such a fun place for a family meal! Delicious food, something for everyone, even the picky ones! Got there at 5:30 on a Friday and had to wait in line about 20 minutes, not bad!

Food was like Cracker Barrel very salty and overpriced for canned green beans. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. Wouldn’t recommend

This was a wonderful restaurant with excellent home cooked food. The all you can eat family style service was great. Everyone ate until they were full. Every last food item we got was superb! If you like country cooking this the the place in Boone, NC. Caleb was our server and he had a great sense of humor while working hard to satisfy us. Great job all the way around!

We always love stopping in for dinner whenever we are in town. The last time we were there we brought my brother in law. He was confused at first on why he didn’t get a menu and we told him to be patient. Then when all the food came out he was in awe. We feasted on everything they had and it was great. I would highly recommend stopping by and get there early because a line will form fast. Happy Feasting!!
