Daniel Boone Inn left us gagged, gooped, and absolutely stuffed. The second we sat down, the servers just kept topping us off until we could barely handle another load of country goodness. The chicken was tender and juicy, the gravy so creamy it nearly had us clutching our pearls, and that thick, greasy sausage? Let’s just say it knew exactly how to hit the spot.
By the end of the night, we were full to bursting — completely taken by Daniel Boone from top to bottom. If you’re looking for a place that knows how to really serve, trust us: this Inn will leave you satisfied, sweaty, and begging for more.

I love to take out of town guests here. Generous amounts of tasty Southern foods. It is a bit pricey, but a great experience.
Clean, homey. And servers are friendly and helpful.

Food was cold when we got it and for our large family, we did not have enough elbow room to enjoy our meal but the service was excellent.

If you like Family Style, great home cooking or friendly service then you need to come here! The line to wait wrapped around the corner of the porch when we got here, but it moved smoothly. Plus the grounds of the restaurant are a pleasant place to wait. After being seated, our chilled salad was waiting for us. Our waiter quickly introduced himself and explained how it all worked. Our main meal was brought out promptly. I felt everything was exceptional. The ham biscuits...oh man. The country steak was so flavorful. Another helping please! I did my best to eat everything but food won. Ha. But, I save room for the pleasant banana pudding. If I'm ever in the area again, you will find me here!

Had been years since we had eaten here. They did not disappoint. The only draw back is the price. Seniors should atheist get a discount. The no taking left overs is disappointing. And not being able to take out the desert you pay for was a disappointment. Other than those it was a good supper.

The atmosphere and service was excellent. The food on the other hand left a lot to be desired. The fried chicken was delicious as well as the stewed apples and slaw. Everything else was definitely out of a can except the biscuits which were very dry and falling apart. That was not country style steak! One bite of that and I was done.
