If you get a chance to stop in, don’t miss it. The food was surprisingly robust for a coffee shop and everything was delish! (Highly recommend the seasonal pumpkin scone!). Our lattes were literally works of art. I only wish we’d taken a photo before drinking. Last, the staff was great. Really appreciated the hospitality of everyone in the store. Lots of seating for busy days.
Excellent coffee shop to grab a bite to eat and get some work done. We ordered the avocado toast and breakfast burrito. Both were excellent. The avocado toast is huge!

I don't get to visit Boone very often, but when I do, I 100% visit Hatchet Coffee every morning. After one visit, you can't help it - they have a nitro coffee with chocolate milk (I know it sounds odd) which is bar none the best thing I have ever put in my mouth, ever. They also have the best seasonal drinks I've ever had - I skipped Pumpkin Spice and went for a hot honey mocha (a little 8 oz cup) and it absolutely blew my mind.
