Every single time I get delivery from this store through the McDonald’s app they forget half of my items, send me a frappe that’s so messy it makes everything around it soggy from it being all over the cup and with huge chunks of ice in it, or the food isn’t made correctly. I gave them 3 times but every time it’s been trash. Don’t waste your time, go anywhere else or to any other McDonald’s.

I ordered 12 McDoubles this evening for Family and friends. When I got home, not a single one had cheese. Really!?! I tried calling the store, but there was no answer. I'm not driving back through all the traffic for subpar food.
How do yall mess up an online order I got a happy meal instead of a quarter pounder which I ordered. All yall that work there suck. I can’t even come back to get it fixed cause I’m working and yall close at 11. Yall suck

Getting a hot breakfast sandwich and coffee after Hurricane Helene. Thank you ladies for coming in to help us!
Can't say enough about the amazing service at this McDonald's! They were open bright and early after Hurricane Helene, when no one in Boone had any water. There were tons of people getting food that morning, but the entire crew was working so hard to fulfill the deluge of orders that they were receiving. The manager (or perhaps the owner-a lovely gentleman with glasses) was right in the thick of it bagging the food and dealing with the customers who had the audacity to be upset at how long their orders were taking (which was maybe an additional 5 minutes-tops). I was very impressed by the teamwork and customer service of their whole crew. Of course, the food and coffee was delicious!

Food was yummy as I ordered. (BUT the middle aged, grey haired, heavier set white woman with square glasses needs to be retrained on basic customer service. I get having a bad day but just staring at me, not responding when I say “good morning, thank you very much” is rude.) Thank you.
