I ordered online and had it delivered. The pizza was great but I put the address for where it was to be delivered to but they changed the address and the poor delivery girl from doordash had a hard time finding me. Thankfully doordash gives you the phone number for the driver and I called and told her where I was. They really need to work on their website and fix it so that your address doesn't get changed after you put it in...

On 5/30/24 Order placed for 15 pizzas to be delivered at 11:30am on 5/31/24. Called at 11:40 and was told 30 pizzas were in front of our order and they were almost finished but the door dash driver still had to pick them up. Since when did Papa John’s stop delivering? At 12:00 still no pizzas and our owners wife went to pick up pizzas. Apparently the door dash driver never showed up. Papa Johns should most definitely have their own drivers especially in a college town. This isn’t the first time this had happened.

Took me 25 minutes to get there. To pickup pizza. I was told it would be ready 15-20min. Unfortunately for me upon arrival and waiting 10 minutes for someone to come up front to help me. I was told I’m sorry mam but wee just got really big order right after yours. It’s gone to be a little while. He tells me it’ll be another 25-30 min. I preordered over the phone so wouldn’t have to wait. I waited little over an hour not including drive there. There was no apologies here ya go see ya. Top it all off pizza was wrong and didn’t get garlic sauce I paid for. Didn’t bother trying call back for it and o be fixed. Could you imagine the wait, lol?!

Hate to fill out negative reviews but here I am. This is twice in two week this Papa Johns in Boone, NC has messed up or canceled my order. Last week I had ordered food and they canceled with no notification. Filled out a complaint and the assistant manager called me and told me my next order would be taken care of. The following day I ordered and nothing was done. Fine, no huge deal at the time, I only wanted to try the new item any ways. Fast forward to today. Ordered my food and wanted to try the new pizza and ordered BBQ boneless wings and they came as boneless hot wings (Pic below)... called and they offered a comp which I said no, because they didn't comp from the last issue. Twice I have ordered and twice I have had issues. I will say I do really appreciate the delivery driver taking the time to try and fix the issue. He did more than the managers there. I will also say that I won't be reordering from this location again and will go to the new Pizza Hut.
