Papa Johns Pizza

We ordered from the hospital for our lumch and ordered very early. We were told 30 to 40 minutes. An hour and a half later we were told the order was still in process. 30 minutes after that they told us that our order was grabbed by the wrong Grub hub driver and it should be back in 30 to 40 minutes and then they would deliver it!? We cancelled our order, no one in our department got lunch…and we feel like there was not honesty or customer service. Save your money and order from Dominos.

Tonight I ordered from papa John’s for delivery around 6pm. I knew my order was likely going to be redirected to DoorDash which was fine because we’ve never had issues in the past. However tonight around 6:30 the dasher was in my complex and we hadn’t heard anything. About 6:50, my boyfriend went to go look for the person and didn’t find them so we called and the number had been disconnected from our order and we could no longer contact them. I called the store and spoke with the super nice manager, she got in touch with DoorDash support and refunded me. She said the dasher had an issue with the address, but no one communicated that to us (we’ve also never had an issue with delivery) she then had me confirm my address, in which I did because they offered to send someone else to deliver to us and we never ended up receiving our food.

EDIT: we just received the pizza at 9:57pm. The delivery said “the address is wrong”. But again, the same store had no issues last week when we ordered.

They actually take FOREVER to deliver. I ordered a small pizza and it took an hour an a half. Do not understand why they use DoorDash when it takes this long.

Bad experience from the start. The automated fake customer service wasn't great. Then I was sent to what sounded like an offshore call center with a person I couldn't understand. I wanted to order a large margherita pizza but was told you didn't make those - so I ordered a pizza with tomatoes. Gosh - the tomato topping couldn't have been stingier. Can't believe I was charged for it. If you're interested, I'll show you what I made it into when I got it home. You've lost a customer.

Service was very bad. Took forever, employee was not doing his job right. He was not professional at all. Standing there with is hands up at his mouth, hair hanging down , and in his phone. Not paying attention to the pizzas coming out. Something really should be said to him . Not sure who he is just know he had different colored hair. Not professional at all.

Whoever was working at 11:40am today needs a raise. If I could give 10 stars I would. The customer service was great, they were very fast, and very generous with the toppings. The pizza was amazing, very cheesy and the crust was perfect. Best experience at a papa Johns!

It is what you would expect from a good pizza parlor; busy, flour all over the nice folks that make the nice food for us. Parking needs help.

Kid-friendliness: It's more of a take-out pizza parlor.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a handicapped spot, and there are no stairs.

I ordered online and had it delivered. The pizza was great but I put the address for where it was to be delivered to but they changed the address and the poor delivery girl from doordash had a hard time finding me. Thankfully doordash gives you the phone number for the driver and I called and told her where I was. They really need to work on their website and fix it so that your address doesn't get changed after you put it in...

On 5/30/24 Order placed for 15 pizzas to be delivered at 11:30am on 5/31/24. Called at 11:40 and was told 30 pizzas were in front of our order and they were almost finished but the door dash driver still had to pick them up. Since when did Papa John’s stop delivering? At 12:00 still no pizzas and our owners wife went to pick up pizzas. Apparently the door dash driver never showed up. Papa Johns should most definitely have their own drivers especially in a college town. This isn’t the first time this had happened.

Took me 25 minutes to get there. To pickup pizza. I was told it would be ready 15-20min. Unfortunately for me upon arrival and waiting 10 minutes for someone to come up front to help me. I was told I’m sorry mam but wee just got really big order right after yours. It’s gone to be a little while. He tells me it’ll be another 25-30 min. I preordered over the phone so wouldn’t have to wait. I waited little over an hour not including drive there. There was no apologies here ya go see ya. Top it all off pizza was wrong and didn’t get garlic sauce I paid for. Didn’t bother trying call back for it and o be fixed. Could you imagine the wait, lol?!

Ordered extra sauce, didn't get it. Food was cold. Save your money. And don't tip until you see your food. Trust me.
