Cool bright modern tap room / book store deal. Solid beer as well. Adding that parking was no issue so long as you park in the spaces right behind and facing the building.

They have no customers so they quite literally sit around all day waiting for anybody to accidently park in their unmarked spots so they can immedietly, and with no warning, call to have them booted. I assume this is how they make most of their money since I've never actually seen anbody in there.

Went on a Sunday and it was a quiet chill space. We loved it! Simple space with clean lines, just cool. Had three of there beers and they were try to style and on point!

Beers are great 😍. I tried five, 5-oz tasters. Every beer 🍺 was top-notched. I will definitely come back and try others. I took home the “Crushed Glass IPA” in bottles. How many? Cleaned out every one they had. 🤗. Yes, it was that good.

Boone breweries are simply just getting too crowded, rushed, and impersonal. This place is very simple, clean, and laid back. Pete was very helpful and chatted with us during our visit. Some breweries have staff that simply get agitated if you ask a simple question. Not Pete. He was awesome and wholesome. 👏🏼👍🏻💪🏼😍😇

We really enjoyed our stop in here. We came in to try a few beers and really liked it. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable which is always a plus.

They have a very good variety of beers and styles. Some were very interesting - one with the name Spruce in it was very odd to my palette. Every other beer was good or very good.

Tried a few and had a couple of 10oz pours. We liked it a lot and will likely try to get back there while we’re in town for a month. We liked it a lot!

I can’t recommend Parallel enough. The beer is great (I thought I hated sours until I had one here) and the staff are exceptional. There was demand for a smaller, quieter brewery in Boone, and Parallel fills that niche perfectly.

For the non-beer-drinkers, Parallel’s cider/wine menu features a variety of interesting options at decent prices.

Additionally, I appreciate that Parallel collaborates with groups like the App State Alumni Association and Huzzah Books to host neat events. It’s a terrific event space!

BEST DAWG SPOT IN BOONE. The beer, staff, and vibes are equally as amazing. This spot has quickly become a favorite spot to meet up with friends at - have a visit for yourself and you'll see why!

May very well be the best beer in the high country. Parking is weird, vibe is weird, but beer is very good!

So awesome to have a brewery like this in Boone! Incredible sours and they even let me bring my dog outside with their cool little patio and picnic area. Keep the tropical stuff coming ? because that makes for such a variety in Boones craft beer scene. The owner is an awesome guy and really has a great attitude. The wife is incredible with her flowers throughout and really makes the place feel like home, compared to what this space could feel like. I’ll be back for sure and I really appreciate the nice hospitality at this brewery. Being nice in this world will go a long way I believe that. Cheers Parallel! ?

Their Sweet Mountain Soul Sour is so incredible! Genuinely reminds me of my Slovak grandmother making raspberry syrup for our “soda” as kids! ❤️
