Staff is always friendly, our drink orders always come out correct and quick, and there’s always plenty of seating inside if you’re wanting to work remotely.

The barista made my espresso drink with very appropriate micro-foam, the best by far in a dozen different Starbucks between NY and TN.

There was a whole sports team that came in during peak and the baristas locked in and cranked out so many drinks. They were positive and kind even though so many things kept going wrong. They also managed to keep the workstations clean throughout the chaos. They worked diligently and cooperatively. I didn't eben wait 5 minutes for my mobile order and i placed it during peak. Any down time they got, they immediately jumped to restocking and cleaning. The group working peak on 11/8 work amazing as a team and have very good customer service and create a good overall atmosphere.

Lid and cup don't fit together. This isn't the first time I've had issues with Starbucks. Pretty frustrating. People at this store are nice but corporate needs to get a new lid

What a horrible experience! I ordered online to get there at the appointed time and the food was not ready nor was The coffee. They were three employees taking care of the total four customers while I was there and three in the drive-through. The employees were taking care of customers sweep the building while other customers were waiting for their food. The staff was not friendly nor helpful. A customer asked for Suger and they acted like she was asking for some kind offreebie. When I asked for a bag to put in the multiple items I had ordered the staff responded as if it was some sort of benefit was privileged. Was horrible.

Seriously annoyed that when you go through the the drive thru, they flip an iPad around and say it's going to ask you a question (for a tip) but there isn't an option to say no. I just wanted some coffee so I used my debit card this time and they guilt tripped me at the window before I even got my drink. If there was some kind of warning or notice, I would have given them cash so I didn't have to add it on my debit card. I am never going to a Starbucks ever again. This is manipulative. If I had paid cash, would they have stuck their hand out and ask for a tip? The drink I got wasn't even good, so I tipped for nothing. Starbucks's net worth is $87 BILLION. Pay your employees!
