Unfortunately, stopping here ruined my day. Such a first-world problem to have, isn’t it? But on a long awaited vacation after working endlessly for weeks, I was so excited to get my a cup of coffee on my first free day in too long. What I thought would be a 15 minute in & out trip, was 30 minutes standing in the lobby. “The order isn’t lost, We are making them in order,” A worker stated after I had received no coffee after 15 minutes. As someone that worked at Starbucks, I understand how the pull tab system works. When asking 10 minutes later where our stuff was, I got blank stares with no answer. Three different workers were approached & none gave us the time of day.
Please- just say you got distracted, lost the order, and are sorry. Don’t gaslight me as though I don’t understand what’s going on. The pull tabs were not in order. We watched the drivethru line fill up, empty out, and fill up again, to empty out before we got our drinks. 30 minutes later upon receiving two cold brews, a shaken espresso, & a latte a different worker finally admitted to losing the order.
No refund, gift card, or apology was given. I’ve supported this chain for ages & there are many wonderful workers that balance customer service & efficiency well. The best workers, even if they aren’t the fastest, know how far an apology & $5 gift card can go. The DM needs to reevaluate who they hired at this store because this is not the Starbucks I stand behind.

I am a Starbucks regular, but was visiting this location from out of town. The place was ridiculously over busy, and unfortunately the barista was not as fast as the conditions required. They moved in half the speed of other baristas I've seen when places are that busy.

SHOUTOUT ALLEN!!! Allen was so sweet and kind when we needed help with a mobile order that got placed at the wrong location. Allen was so kind and patient, and the drinks…. BUSSSSS!!! So good! Give dat barista a RAISE
Adyssey was super helpful! She was so accommodating to our dietary restrictions and she made us a drink that’s not even on the menu! Kids loved it! Will be back!
