I was skeptical when y’all first opened, because I couldn’t see how you could do so much and it’d be good. But y’all have come a long ways, and your food is getting really good. I haven’t tasted garlic sauce that was that good other than California and you’re hot and sour soup is getting better than P.F. Chang’s. So keep up the good work.🙏🏻❤️

I picked up from here on Christmas. The place was swamped. I placed an order hours earlier and requested it be ready at 745. It wasn’t ready until 830. Of course this isn’t too unexpected because it is Christmas after all. What was unexpected was how good the food was. For 18 dollars I was hoping for generous portions and they did not disappoint. The veggies were fresh and crispy. The meat was good quality. We got chicken with vegetables and human beef as well as some apps. Everything was delicious. A merry Christmas indeed!

$18 for the worst sesame chicken I’ve ever had in my life. The chicken had zero crispness, and had zero bite to it. The chicken was just way too soft to the point where it’s sickening.

So good!! We were served by Eo and she is suuuch a kind server; super attentive while not being overbearing. I had the hibachi steak and it was absolutely the best hibachi i ever had by a mile, and everything else we had was perfectly cooked and delicious!

Mediocre on a good night. About one out of three times it the blandest thing you’ve ever tasted. Yet we still have it from time to time because there simply is no good Chinese food in this town. And prices are pretty high for strip mall below avg Asian food. If there was ONE really good Asian restaurant in this town, there would be a line out the door and at least three other places would be closed in a few weeks. Every time I eat at Taste Grille I ask my self why I waste the money. The hot bar around the corner in Harris teeter is, frankly, better than taste grille.

My significant other and I had been going to Taste Grill for years. We drove from another county specifically often. On our last visit, my significant other broke his front tooth while eating a chicken dish. It was s hard piece of something that was not food in the chicken. We had to pay for the meal and told their insurance company would take care of it. Nothing has been done as of yet. We will not be going back to Taste Grill!

I recently visited Taste Grill Chinese and Japanese Cuisine in Boone, and it was a great experience! We ordered the Spring Roll and Vegetable Fried Rice both were delicious, but the fried rice was my favorite. It was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and not too oily. The portion size was generous, and the food tasted fresh. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. Definitely one of the best spots in Boone for Asian food, I’ll be coming back soon.
