After a long day Sunday 10/6 in the mountains clearing debris and trees for the community, we came by on the way back home. I had the brisket and it was melt in your mouth delicious. For sure will be back!
My son and I shared the Big Hitter which was plenty of food and extra to take home! It included smoked ribs, brisket, turkey, pulled pork and sausage -amazing!! Some of the best bbq I’ve had in a while. The Mac and cheese was spot on!
Best brisket I've had since the best I ever had since Albany. That is definitely saying something, since I've been in NC for over three years and have really tried to find it, and have failed miserably. You can choose your own barbecue sauce which is a big deal for someone like me who doesn't dig the type with heavy vinegar. The waiter at the door was awesome. The main thing I liked about Boone is how everyone are just normal, cool people, and I just got takeout......
