I waited 15 minutes for a young woman to take our order. She seemed very befuzzled about the orders in front of of her and kept saying that she would be with us in a minute. Once she took our order, I waited 15 more minutes for our food. One tray appeared to have one of our orders but when I asked about it, a server said it wasn’t ours. Another 15 minutes went by and a different server called out my name and pushed the tray I asked about toward me. I explained that I had asked if it was mine 15 minutes ago and was told it wasn’t. Since I had watched it sitting there the entire time, I asked her to replace the cold fries and hamburger, which she did. The rest of the order came out 5 minutes later.
Perhaps the manager might want to invest some time into further training for his staff.

I got fries instead of my potato. I was for real not gonna say anything until I also got no straw. Honestly, this place does nothing but continue to disappoint me. Joy also was a manager that screamed at me in a separate visit and nothing was done. This place is an unorganized mess that has zero consequences for how they treat their customers.

Worst wendys I've ever been to. Looked like full staff but still not working and the food took almost 30 mins to come out then wasn't right. No one being waited on just left standing and kept telling everyone they weren't allowed to take orders. Then when I complained I was told by a manager who looked like a crack head with no teeth and dirty hair that she didn't care. Restaurant was filthy too floor hadn't been swept in what looked like days.

For sure this is the worst Wendy's in the area.
I asked for a vanilla shake. It tasted horrible. When I went inside to get a new one. They told me that they had put vanilla shake into the machine that had previously held something else. Bad idea.
I asked for a burger without onions. I got a burger with onions. I called seven times to speak with someone about this. I was hung up on seven times.
Seriously, Wendy's? Who do you think you are, McDonald's? Do better.
Dining room was filthy dirty—dirty tables, dirty floor, dirty counters and dirty soda machine. Missing chili lime chips for taco salad. Chicken on Cobb salad was skimpy and dry. Will not return.

What a great Wendy’s place for Wendy’s!!! The two ladies whom worked on a very busy evening provided professionalism as I waited in two shakes of a lambs tail for my requests to be delivered appropriately fab!!! ❤️
