Worst wendys I've ever been to. Looked like full staff but still not working and the food took almost 30 mins to come out then wasn't right. No one being waited on just left standing and kept telling everyone they weren't allowed to take orders. Then when I complained I was told by a manager who looked like a crack head with no teeth and dirty hair that she didn't care. Restaurant was filthy too floor hadn't been swept in what looked like days.

For sure this is the worst Wendy's in the area.
I asked for a vanilla shake. It tasted horrible. When I went inside to get a new one. They told me that they had put vanilla shake into the machine that had previously held something else. Bad idea.
I asked for a burger without onions. I got a burger with onions. I called seven times to speak with someone about this. I was hung up on seven times.
Seriously, Wendy's? Who do you think you are, McDonald's? Do better.

Chili was warm and service was friendly. This location is definitely the best Wendy’s I’ve been to in a long time.
Ordered a baconator biggie bag and got the entire order wrong, not only did they give me the entirely wrong burger, they also didn’t even put in the fries or nuggets, plus the 10 saucy nuggets that I got didnt come with fries, also the caramel frosty coffee came smelling spoiled. Do not order from this Wendy’s.

Took almost 40 minutes to get our food. The staff seemed lost in the sauce. They completely lost the costumer's order that came in after us. Every time we visit this location it seems to be a hassle. No management or training it seems. The food was great after we finally got it to the table.

This thing might be 2 stories but that is by FAR the best thing about this place, I have lived in boone for 5 years and this is easily the worst fast food joint in the entirety of western NC, if you enjoy waiting 45 minutes + for 1 item you ordered off of the wendy’s app 20 minutes prior this is the place for you. The cookout or mcdonald’s across the street could have a line 3x the length and you still getting your food faster than at the wendy’s. Not only are they uncaring and rude to you, ‘’how dare you order food at 7:30 on a wednesday while i’m working the drive thru window” you pay $10+ for the most mid hamburger you have ever eaten in your life. This is the type of place that makes you want to start riots and the street and start writing a manifesto about how capitalism has failed us. Will never wait in this drive thru like that is not only designed by toddlers but also ran by them too.
