The place was very busy with a long line. One superstar (Kim) was running everything. There were some new people or people who were quite slow and Kim kept helping those folks. It is a franchise and she was working like it was her own!

Stopped in with a friend for dinner and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Elijah helped us out and was very polite and friendly. Though it was my friend’s first time, he didn’t get annoyed or impatient when it took her awhile to order. He was slicing my friend’s sub whilst also grilling my big kahuna, so props to him. I’ve been to plenty of Jersey Mike’s locations and this was by far, not only the best tasting sub I’ve had thus far, but also the best customer...
