Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is a delicious chicken place with very good food. The employees are always super kind, helpful, and very pleasant on the ordering screen and in person at the window. They are organized, proficient, and work together as a team, demonstrating poise and professionalism. The staff is friendly and communicates well, even when busy. The food is always delicious, though delivery orders sometimes get something wrong, like no toast with the salad, the wrong dressing, or an inconsistent amount of chicken on the salad. When going inside, the employees are always polite and helpful, and the lobby is kept clean. The staff deserves recognition for their service.
