I was looking forward to trying these guys. We even opted out of getting dinner in Gatlinburg to come back and try them. They looked the part, I love the place. My wife got pulled pork which she said was good. I got the half chicken and I have to say, it was not very good at all. It tasted like it was boiled til dry then thrown on the smoker to give it a little smoke flavor. The sides were ok. I did like the selection of sauces though there were not enough savory ones for...
Food was pretty good. They are cash only so that’s good to know ahead of time. We wanted mac and cheese and they were out so bummed about that. But the rest of the food we ordered was pretty good.
A Bryson City gem! Cash only, quick service, excellent dine in or to go! We took to go back to our cabin rental. And wow, the prices are super reasonable-almost “too cheap” especially compared to other local restaurants & Dillsboro-Sylva places. Having grown up in East Tennessee with family in western NC & north Georgia, I/we really felt at home eating here. $12.99 for my complete to go dinner & it was more than I can eat
