Hawaiian with a touch of Korean flavor. It's one of the best food trucks that I have ever had.

I've driven over an hour just to go to the rice wagon! Their Ahi tuna bowl is a must-have, and the Kalua pork is addictive. Also, I *really* don't care for macaroni salad, but theirs is so good I could almost make a meal of it by itself! When in Bryson City, I highly recommend it. It's right behind Mountain Layers, and you can eat inside there and enjoy their beer with your meal.

Incredible food, may be the best Hawaiian food I've ever had. You won't believe that it came from a truck.

Amazing flavor! I live in Alabama went to a long weekend vacation with my husband to the mountains, we casually found the place when looking for food. So glad we ended eating here! I ordered the chicken katsu & was delicious (reminds me to the one I had in Japan, very authentic flavor) I will go back next time we visit the area!

One of the best places we ate in Bryson city. It's a must go too. No drinks here, you have to into the brewery for those. Two picnic tables by the food truck for seating outside. We had the Mahi and they were on point. We will definitely come back on our next trip there.

Our food was amazing. The katsu was moist and perfectly crispy and Asian slaw had lots of flavor. The teriyaki burger was also seasoned wonderfully and the creamy Mac finished it all. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely incredible gem tucked in the mountains. My partner and I shared combo plates to try 4 different meats and every single dish was delicious. A must stop if you’re in the area.

Just....damn
Mahi curry dish kicked ass
My wife's chicken dish also kicked ass. We are two highly critical foodies who are very rarely satisfied with most food we eat out but this this, this worth the stop. Hawaiian food in the mountains I know who thought.but just damn

Absolutely scrumptious food! Our B&B recommended this place- and they were right! I had a chicken dish with red slaw and rice. I ate every bit. It was a generous portion and it was different from anything I've ever tried. I highly recommend their food.

We were visiting the area after a hike and couldn't find a restaurant to take us. We were really hungry and getting grumpy walking back towards our car when we spotted The Rice Wagon. I'm so glad we did! It was the best food we had while in Bryson City. The man working the register was friendly and quick to offer suggestions. The food came out really fast and hot. It was delicious! Thanks for being in the city with easily accessible yummy food!
