Got the garlic chicken and the hurricane chicken and it was soooo delicious!!! Very flavorful and perfect crispiness! Wish we lived in Bryson City so we can become regulars here. Went to the Mountain Layers brewing company to eat it and have a beer.

We had the seared ahi tuna and the garlic chicken and wow, was it amazing. I Highly recommend this food truck in the area and the two people running the truck were so friendly.
I got the chicken, it was delicious! Although I’m sad because I didn’t get to eat it all. (I got too full) The only thing I didn’t like is the fact it’s a food truck, but the food was too good for that to be an issue! Also, I love macaroni salad.

Whoops! I took a pic too late because it was SOOO DELICIOUS 🤤🤤🤤 stopped here on a whim while traveling to Tennessee. Ordered garlic chicken(super crispy, sweet with perfect bit of salty and garlic) and the shosu chicken(literally so tender it fell off the bone) both phenomenal!!! The sauces were amazing! Rice on point...Mac salad was fine but hardly noticed because the rest was so amazing! Plus there is a brewery with a roof top bar connected! Perfect gem of a stop on our way🙌🏼

Incredible! This hurricane chicken dish was a true taste of the islands. The chicken was juicy, tender, and marinated to perfection with a perfect balance of spicy, savory, and a hint of garlic melded together beautifully, giving each bite a Hawaiian vibe.
Paired with sides of rice and some pasta salad, this meal was both satisfying and flavorful. Highly recommend this Hawaiian chicken for anyone craving a tropical escape. Five stars, hands down!

Stopped by for lunch after seeing a few post on Social Media about this place while we were visiting Bryson this past weekend and we were so glad we stopped! Food was delicious!! We ordered the mini plate Hurricane Chicken and the Mac salad was the best we’ve ever had! Wish we had a place like this back home!

The reviews are right - best food in Bryson. Chicken is juicy, loved the katsu and shoyu/soy marinated meals specifically. Get the cabbage/asian slaw. Can grab a drink from the brewery next door and enjoy it on the outdoor patio, or dine inside the brewery itself. A little gem.
