Casual spot with a great menu (both authentic Mexican as well as American items). Came for breakfast on a Sunday morning, and everything we ordered was exceptional.

Como Dice El Dicho is a casual Mexican-American restaurant in the old Sisters Cafe building. The dining room is immaculately clean, bright, fresh and welcoming. The menu offers authentic Mexican dishes as well as All-American selections including Burgers, Wings, Chicken, Fried Fish, Paninis and Grilled Cheese. Breakfast is available from 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM, with choices ranging from Huevos Mexicana or Huevos Con Chorizo to Pancakes, French Toast, Grits, Country Ham and Home Fries. The traditional Huevos Rancheros is authentic and surprisingly tasty. For lunch or dinner, the Tortas is recommended, packed with Refried Beans, Janapeño, Avocado, Cheese, Lettuce and Tomato, and the Taco Special is a real bargain with Carnitas, Polo or Pastor. The ACP is fantastic with great flavor, and the rice is fabulous. The orange and green salsa have a nice spice, and the fresh guac is good. The food is authentic, with large portions at a reasonable price. The staff is super, truly nice and friendly, and the service comes with a genuine smile. The atmosphere is warm, friendly and relaxed, about having a great meal with family or friends.
