Lot of new staff so cut them a brake
Man, Bojangles really let me down this morning. I always use the app for the deals, but it's annoying when you pull up to the drive-thru and they act like you're a bother. They tell you to come inside or wait because your food isn't ready, even though you got in line like everyone else. Why would their food be ready faster than yours? It makes no sense. The manager mentioned something about being timed, so they want you out of the drive-thru fast, but that's just some random timer...read full review
We have the best Bojangles in the entire corporation on Western Boulevard in Raleigh. Tri-arc food is the owner group and they do an Incredible job with ALL of the Bojangles they own... I feel sorry for people outside of Tri Arc's restaurants. If they're eating Bojangles either in the eastern part of NC or the western part NC they are getting a poor example of what Bojangles food is.
