I ordered three items and all three were wrong .. even after the employee asked me questions and repeated my order to me. I used the drive thru otw to work so I can't get this fixed.. my loss but please train your employees better
They did not give me my barbecue at the drive-through and I drove 20 miles home and 20 miles back to the restaurant and the clerk argued with me about it and then I asked for a refund and she refused to do that. Instead, she called the police on me and said I was blocking the drive-through line. I would never recommend anyone going to this location.
I would like to know why we are charged for “Advantage Program”? We paid in cash.
When we asked the cashier:
“I don’t know, I mean everybody gets it, it’s because of c…” then remembered we paid with card and said, “I don’t know. What is it, twenty cents?” My husband said, “it’s 65 cents but that’s not the point.” She said “Well I don’t know what it’s for. You want it back?”
