Great place to eat, just didn't like the fact that my sandwich I got came with bacon bits & not strips of bacon...most of the bacon bits were fat!
The Burlington panera bread is awesome! They treat you well, your food comes out fast, and the restaurant looks good. If you want panera, its worth driving from Greensboro to get good service!
I love Panera Bread. But today I placed my order online, as I always do. It took me 20 minutes to get there, and my order wasn't ready. I waited for another 20 minutes and asked the girl preparing the orders. In the least courteous way, she just said it was almost ready. I noticed she was only missing some Twisters, and the other girl didn't want to go get them. The service is slow, making all the customers wait. I placed my order online to avoid the wait.
