Drove 20 minutes one way to get dinner for my family. After repeating my order twice, still didn't get what I requested. So far, I have yet to get home with what I ordered! Someone needs to teach or train whoever puts these orders together to listen and get it right!!!
Anything ordered is never readily available. We always have to wait 10 minutes for whatever we order to cook, regardless if we order supremes, a grilled sandwich, or a Cajun filet. I was pulled forward and still had to go in and get the food.

Service was Outstanding! I had ordered 150 chicken strips for Saturday morning to pick up at 10:30 am. for a family reunion. The on duty manager called me at 10:10 am to verify I was still needing the order and said it would be ready when I arrived. And it was!
