I'm not sure what her name was, but the girl/lady I spoke with was amazing. I rarely end up anywhere near a Bojangles. I love Bo-Berry and Cheddar-Bo biscuits. Anyway, I was on the way to the airport and called to see if they were open after all the snowfall. Not only were they open, she offered to have my half dozen Bo-Berries ready for me at whatever time I desired. They were ready for me precisely at 11:50 a.m. and I was able to take them home with me to the west...

Drove 20 minutes one way to get dinner for my family. After repeating my order twice, still didn't get what I requested. So far, I have yet to get home with what I ordered! Someone needs to teach or train whoever puts these orders together to listen and get it right!!!

Anything ordered is never readily available. We always have to wait 10 minutes for whatever we order to cook, regardless if we order supremes, a grilled sandwich, or a Cajun filet. I was pulled forward and still had to go in and get the food.

Far cry from "fast" food.
