1000% recommend! Actually the best Bagel I’ve ever had in my life. These people take the quality of their dough, coffee, and everything SERIOUSLY. We also had the opportunity to meet Brian who roasts their coffee, makes their bagels and always cooks up something new. He made us feel very invited and treated us like family. After one visit, this immediately became a new favorite spot

Be sure to confirm your own order and make sure it is right before leaving because if you get home and it's wrong they will not care anymore. Customer service on the phone versus in person is very different. On the phone they are rude and when you drive 15 minutes back to the location out of frustration they will THEN apologize for a mistake. I really was disappointed as my boyfriend and his father spoke so highly of this place and was a main part of our visit but the lack of respect from staff is unbelievable. I did not get her name but I wish I did as she continued to follow up my rebuttables with I don't care it is not my problem. Now, I am aware it was a common mistake but how you treat the people who are continuing to choose your restaurant is everything. I wish you the best but I will never come back to this place.
Notice how the response enhances what I said. Thank you

Talked to Brian the baker there he’s an awesome guy and enjoyed talking to him. The bagels and food is always top tier thanks to Brian. This is a must to visit whether you live here or you’re visiting. Seriously it is so good always. Get any breakfast sandwich on any bagel.

Placed an order for pickup 15-20 minutes prior to me showing up for pickup. Upon arriving I paid and still waited another ten minutes for a wrap and a breakfast bagel, in a not so busy time for the restaurant.
Upon receiving my order i left and when I arrived home they had forgotten my wrap. I called and they were courteous over the phone saying they would have it ready for me when I arrive. I live about ten minutes away I show up to pick up my wrap and still have to wait another ten minutes for my food.
I’ve been Coming here for five plus years. Just a very frustrating experience.
When I order a $15.00 bagel with cream cheese I expect that it will have a reasonable amount of cream cheese on it. Not the case at Bagel Dock of Calabash. Called manager of store who was not helpful at all. Nobody offered me a resolution even though they say they did. That is just not true.

I live in N Myrtle and order from Bagel Dock on a regular basis… Today, I’m at my friends in Calabash, so we ordered DoorDash from their Calabash location. I ordered two sliced nova, which comes with cream cheese, capers, tomato and onion on a bagel with a side and pickle. I already knew it was expensive, but it’s so typically so delicious and overstuffed that I was OK with paying $49 for two bagels and cream cheese with nova lox. The problem is they apparently forgot about the cream cheese and thought they were spreading on a thin coat of butter or something… There was literally so little cream cheese that I wasn’t sure if they put any on until I opened the sandwich… I called and a lovely woman said she would go and let her manager know, so she put me on hold… She came back with an offer to come in for a free side of cream cheese!!! I just had two bagels delivered for $49 and her manager thinks that driving there for a side of cream cheese is a reasonable answer???? Insulting, to say the least…Do yourself a favor and go to the Bagel Dock in N Myrtle because it’s a completely different, and much, much better!, breakfast. And they value their customers, so there’s that, too. These pictures are what was inside the bagel on the second half because the first half was so skimpy that I wanted to be sure Bagel Dock saw with their own eyes what they sent…
Large menu. Pretty normal bagels and spread but I like the ability to customize. Plan on returning to try different things.

Bagels were good. Menu was confusing and overwhelming. Ordered lunch and 6 bagels to go, 3 of my flavors were taken out of my bag and given to customer at other register…. It’s a fight till the death bagel situation near closing time! Not high on my “visit again” list.

My wife and I stopped in for breakfast (sausage egg and cheese on a bagel). Even though the sausage didn't have a lot of flavor the sandwiches were pretty good. They weren't good enough to justify the pricing of this place though (see attached receipt). I'll leave to the reader to judge for themselves whether a jalapeno bagel warrants a $1.60 upcharge. Whether $4.94 for a 14oz bottle of chocolate milk and $3.42 for a bottle of water is justifiable (notably they don't indicate these prices in the coolers). I feel like I was had and will not be back.
