We’ve eaten here twice. I honestly think it is a bit over rated but the atmosphere is so cute we went back a second time. You can get much better food right next door at Captain Nances but it’s just so fun to sit at the bar like seats in the back right on the water. Service was pretty slow both times we were there but it doesn’t matter because you are there to enjoy the view anyway. It’s just really relaxing and a fun place to eat. Delicious seafood right off the boat. My wife had a crab cake basket and I had a fried shrimp and sea bass plate. The Calabash breading is very light and tasty. Excellent service and a beautiful day to sit outside under the umbrellas and enjoy our food by the water.

The place wasn’t open for business until the second week of March, but I did speak with the Owner very nice guy. He apologized for the mix-up but told me if I returned at a later time I wouldn’t be disappointed with the best and freshest seafood in North Carolina.
