My family has always been a HUGE fan of Itza Boutza but the last few times we have been it has really been disappointing. It has taken us twice the amount of time to wait on food and then when we get our food is is extremely dry (hardly any pizza sauce) and this time it was burnt. Our family is really disappointed as it use to be our favorite pizza place around and very convenient to get to for me with where I work. I am very sad to see it going downhill like this.
