I attended a meeting for work at the Camden Public Library. I asked a local for lunch recommendations. It was an excellent choice! I ordered fried chicken with fried okra, Mac n cheese, corn bread and pig pickin cake. I thought the Mac n cheese would be baked, but it wasn’t…still good though. We stopped by while on vacation. The staff was super helpful. They made great recommendations on the sides. The fried chicken and cornbread were amazing. They also have a refrigerator with premade sides and desserts. I grabbed their bbq chicken, it’s so good. They only have outside picnic benches.

Food is great. Down home feel. Have things you expect a bigger restaurant will have. Cozy walk in pick up order and leave with good food and service. Best service call your order in if you already know what you like to order. Otherwise you may have to wait a little bit if you walk in and place your order. But it's worth the wait. Excellent dessert as well and sweet tea.
